Basic Cleaning

Basic Service is for cleanings booked at regular intervals—weekly, biweekly, or monthly.  This service is a 'surface clean' meant as upkeep once a space has been deep-cleaned and brought up to a maintenance level.  The items covered with Basic Cleans are listed below by area of the home. 

• Wipe counter and backsplash tiles
• Disinfect & polish all sinks and faucets
• Wipe appliance exteriors & polish the stainless steel
• Clean microwave interior
• Wipe inside of dishwasher door
• Wipe stovetop and clean minor stuck-on food spills
• Wipe kitchen table/chairs

• Pull towels from all bathrooms and launder
• Wipe vanity countertops, sinks & faucets
• Clean & sanitize toilets, inside and out
• Clean bathtub, showers & glass shower doors
• Dust baseboards
• Hang fresh towels

• Vacuum & mop all floors
• Empty trash and sanitize bins
• Clean & polish mirrors
• Dust all accessible surfaces
• Dust blinds and window ledges
• Disinfect switchplates and door knobs

• *Change and launder bed linens, as discussed

• Dust and wipe appliance exteriors
• Wipe inside of washer/dryer doors (if front loading)
• Empty lint trap and trash bin
